OBJECTIVES
·         T o provide resources and training to church members in uniting their efforts with the ministry and other church officers in the  proclamation of the everlasting gospel of Jesus Christ
·          T o evangelize through community outreach projects that exhibits God’s wonderful power (John 13:35)

AIM
·         To motivate and enlist every church member into active soul winning service for God (II chronicles 20:15)
·         To work closely with all other church departments focusing their programming around soul winning
·         To nature the spiritual growth of all church members
·         To engage the community into a personal and spiritual growth with the focus of winning them for Christ
·         To be recognised in our community

 ACTIVITIES OF YEAR 2010
·         The department opened the year with a revival week which gave high spiritual nourishment to those who attended. The speakers of the week were Elder David Chimwaso & Bro Philip Muthanji.The meetings were crowned by Bro Natufe who gave his presentations on Friday evening and  consequent Sabbath day
·         The Department has launched a bible correspondence school which is headed by Elder David Chimwaso and assisted by a very strong team of volunteers. In this program we offer free discover  bible guides which answers a thousand questions being asked today such as:
o    Why does God permit suffering and dying?
o    When a person dies what then?
o    What is the secret of a happy life?
o    Is there hope for a chaotic world?

To introduce the school to the communities around the church, this department has launched a Sabbath afternoon door to door evangelism in the aim of distributing Christian literature and familiarising the existence of the church family to the communities. This outreach was spear headed by the senior pastor, a team of elders accompanied by church members. This mission was highly successful and all came back to church in high spirits.

Underway Goals
·         With the guidance of the Holy Spirit the department hopes to hold an open air evangelistic campaign in Calgary downtown.
·         The department is hopeful that it will access the prisons ministries soon.
